On February 18th, the Council of Ministers approved the new Decree Law with which to introduce measures aimed at containing the costs of electricity and gas.

The decree law also reintroduces incentives for the purchase of electric cars: 1 billion euros a year have been allocated for 8 years to facilitate the transition towards sustainable mobility, research, reconversion and requalification of the automotive sector.
Subsequently, through a dedicated Prime Minister's Decree, the methods for allocating the funds will be clarified.
From the circulating drafts, we learn that the incentives range from € 1,250 up to € 6,000 depending on the vehicle chosen.
This, however, on the condition that the vehicle remains the property for at least 12 months and that the vehicle given to be scrapped is in the name of the applicant or a family member.

At this link the text of the decree law.

In case of connection to the home system, a new meter is not required.

Where the power to the meter is limited (for example 3 kW), you can decide to program the station at a lower power, or you can recharge it during the night, when normally the other important electrical consumers are not working.
In the event of special requirements, you can proceed with the request for an increase in the power of your meter.
